We hope you love the bag as much as we do, but if it's not love at first site, we have a few return options available!

We provide full refunds on bags that are faulty and shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Proof of the fault will be required when submitting your return and the bag must be in the same condition as it was delivered. Any signs that the bag has been used, a refund will not be provided. 

For change of mind purchases, we offer exchanges or store credit. We do not currently offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please note return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer and we do not currently offer prepaid labels. When sending orders back to us, please use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
